What is JigoCity?
JigoCity leverages the power of group buying to give people a smarter way to see their city. We offer daily deals on the best restaurants, bars, spas, theatres and events in your area, discounted up to 91% off the regular price. The deals are only "tipped" once a minimum number are sold, so spread the word to friends and family so you can enjoy the deals together. There is only one deal offered per day (including weekends) and you have a limited time to purchase the deal before it expires, so don't delay!
How do I buy Today's Deal?
Buying the deal is easy! Just go to our homepage, click the "Buy" button that appears near the deal details, follow the on-screen prompts and if enough people purchase the deal, the deal is yours.
What happens if not enough people purchase the daily deal?
Then the deal is cancelled and your credit card is not charged. We only charge you once enough people commit to purchase the deal.
Do I have to tell my friends about the deal?
You don't have to, but if you love the deal you'll probably want to because there is a minimum number of deals that need to be sold before the deal is "tipped." Plus, you'll get the added benefit of earning JigoPoints that you can apply to future purchases at JigoCity.
Can I get Today's Deal emailed to me?
Yes, you can — and you should! Receiving our daily emails is the best way to ensure that you never miss out on a great deal. Subscribe to get Today's Deal sent to your email inbox every day.
Is there a membership fee?
No, Today's deals are open to anyone who wants to buy them. The only price you pay is the cost of the deal.
How do I get my deal?
There are a few different ways to get your deal. Once the deal is activated and payment is processed, sign in and go to the My Account section. Once you're here you can easily:
  • Print the deal, or
  • Download the deal to your desktop, or
  • Send the deal as an SMS message to your mobile.
How do I redeem my deal?
Each deal comes with a coupon code and password. All you need to do is provide them to the business when you redeem the deal and the deal is yours.
Can I give my deal as a gift?
Yes, you may. Deals make great gifts and are totally transferable.
If a company goes out of business before I use my deal, will I get a refund?
Yes, of course, we would issue refunds if this were to happen. (Thankfully, it hasn't happened yet!)
What are JigoPoints?
JigoPoints can be used just like cash at JigoCity.com.au. Each time you refer someone to JigoCity.com.au and they make a purchase, you'll earn 10 JigoPoints — which is equal to $10.
Just make sure your referrals buy their deals through the special referral link we'll give you so you get the credit. But remember, JigoPoints are not redeemable for cash — only for great experiences!

Will I earn JigoPoints for every friend I refer who makes a purchase?
You will earn JigoPoints for any new JigoCity member who makes a purchase — but not existing ones.
Will I earn JigoPoints each time a friend I referred makes a purchase?
Unfortunately, no. You will only earn JigoPoints the first time they make a purchase. If you want to earn more JigoPoints, refer more members!
Do JigoPoints expire?
Yes, JigoPoints expire 45 days after they are earned – so don't forget to use them.
Can my deal be used with other offers?
In most cases, no. Please read the Keep in Mind section as well as the instructions that come with the deal for information on the restrictions and limitations that may apply.
If I don't use the full value of a deal when I redeem it, can I keep the difference as a balance in my account?
Unfortunately, no. Credits are not transferrable between deals. Any credit that is left over after a deal is redeemed can no longer be used.
If I don't use the full value of a deal when I redeem it, can I use it at a future date at the same business?
No, the deals are for one-use only, so if you purchase a $10 deal worth $20 and only use $18 worth, the remaining $2 will be lost.
Can I return my deal?
No, purchased deals are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. But they are transferable and make great gifts, so consider giving yours away if you decide not to use it.
Do deals expire?
Yes, deals do expire. Please read the instructions that come with the deal for the expiry. These dates are also listed in the My Deals page (in the My Account section) of the site.  We will also send you two reminders before the deal is about to expire. The first reminder will come one week before the deal's expiry and the second will come at 24 hours before.
What forms of payment does JigoCity accept?
We are only accepting payment via PayPal, which includes transactions paid via Visa, MasterCard and Amercian Express.
When do I get charged for the deal?
Once the minimum number of deals is sold, your purchase will be processed. If the minimum is not met, the deal is cancelled and your card is not charged.
Is the JigoCIty.com site secure?
Yes, we use the latest encryption software to make sure your information stays hidden and safe. Purchasing daily deals through JigoCity.com.au is done through a secure https site.
What is JigoCity's Privacy Policy?
At JigoCity, we take your privacy very seriously and are committed to keeping your personal data safe. We do not share the details of your account with any third parties, nor do we sell your information to anyone.
