Who will see the deal?: Today's Deals are featured for a limited time, so anyone who visits our site during that time will see your deal. We also email our Today's Deals to JigoCity subscribers who are encouraged to share your deal with their friends and family.

What should my deal offer?: Our team can work with you to craft a deal that will work with both our members and your business. We recommend that you offer a discount of at least 50% off the regular price of the product you want to feature in the deal.

Where can I find a sample deal?: To see examples of recent deals and the types of businesses we typically feature, please visit Past Deals .

How do customers redeem a deal?: Once the deal closes, we will send you a list of customer coupon codes and passwords that correspond with every JigoCity member who bought the deal. When our members visit your business to redeem their deals, they will provide you with their coupon code and password for easy record keeping. Members can redeem their deals and bring more sales to your business the day after your deal ends.

Can customers buy an unlimited amount of a particular deal?: There are no set limits on how many deals a customer can buy. We will work with you to determine whether there should be.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of people who can purchase my deal?: There is no set minimum or maximum. Depending on the particulars of your deal, we will work with you to determine what works best for your business.

How much will featuring my business cost?: We do not charge any up-front marketing fees for featuring your business. We do, however, take a small percentage of each deal that is sold.

Do you guarantee that my business will be featured?: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that every business that applies will be featured, but we will review your application to see if featuring your business is a good match for us and for you.
